The Anets B8043830-C Gas Conversion Kit Natural to Propane Gas SLG50 converts the fuel system of compatible fryers to run on propane rather than natural gas. It is operated by replacing or modifying internal gas orifices, regulators and connections to suit propane flow and pressure requirements. The kit is fitted inside the burner and gas supply part of compatible SLG50 fryer units, and linked to the existing gas lines and control parts.
