The APW AS-55607 Well Pan 600 With Drain is a replacement drip pan which can be used in compatible APW convection ovens. The cooking chamber it absorbs spills, condensation and other liquids that are produced during the usual operation of the oven and channels them to the built-in drain, which allows them to remove in the lower assembly of the oven. The well pan provides support to the normal cleaning and assists in keeping the interior clean. It is normally applied in commercial kitchens when doing maintenance in the functioning of appliances.
