The Montague B-17A Cast Iron Burner Head 8-3/4'' regulates the air mixture to produce controlled combustion through a perforated head in commercial systems. It channels fuel to ignition ports where flames are formed and maintained across the burner surface. It is placed in commercial cooking equipment burner assemblies at the designated combustion position within the unit. The head design supports even distribution through multiple outlet ports aligned with the burner manifold. Gas flow is directed from the inlet orifice into the combustion chamber, where ignition occurs along the surface pattern of openings.
