The Pitco B6674901 Pick-Up Tube W/Strainer Assembly SFD Filter is an oil collection element that is used as a part of compatible filtration systems. It recirculates the oil by tapping the fryer tub during the filtering process, and the built-in strainer traps debris. Installed in the filtration assembly and is applied in commercial kitchens where the maintenance of oil is applied to maintain the performance of cooking. This is used in applications in the controlled transfer of oil between the fryer and filter unit. It is also part of the oil management system, where it operates with pumps and return lines to assist and coordinate filtration cycles.
