The Pitco B6700601 Fryer Temperature Probe is a temperature sensor that detects the amount of heat inside the tank and sends a signal to the control system. It also reacts to changes in temperature in the oil enabling the system to adjust heating output. This part is placed in the fryer tank and is usually in direct contact with the cooking oil. It assists in monitoring the temperature in the unit. The connector manages wiring and interfaces which are consistent with system configurations, to ensure the transmission of signals remains the same when using the fryer.
