The Henny Penny 140131 Baso Pilot Retro Kit NAT includes a pilot assembly system to control ignition flow and ensure stable and consistent burner activation by controlling the gas delivery and sensing components of the fryer setup. It works by matching the existing pilot mechanism with the retro kit parts to ensure that the response to flame detection and gas regulation changes is correct during the operation cycles of the fryer. Placement is usually in the burner assembly area of fryer units compatible with the placement of the fryer in the pilot control system housing in the fryer cabinet.
