The Belshaw SM100-0002 Filter Bag is an oil or liquid stream filter bag that is used to trap and separate fine particles in the commercial kitchen equipment. It work by passing process fluid through a permeable bag structure to allow liquid to pass through but solid residue are trapped by the bag structure ensuring a steady separation as the flow passes through several layer of filtration that gradually trap smaller debris and avoid clogging in the downstream equipment. The filter bag is installed in compatible filtration housing in a processing unit where liquid clarification is needed.
