The Biro PC175-1 Grinder Caster Swivel with Brake Plate 5" is a heavy-duty replacement caster designed for the commercial kitchen equipment. It is mounted to the base of compatible grinder and mixer grinder to provide controlled mobility while supporting the weight of the machine. The swivel design allow the directional movement, while the integrated brake locks the unit in place during operation. In practice it is used in butcher shop food processing plant and commercial kitchen where equipment must be repositioned for cleaning, maintenance or workflow change and then securely stabilized as part of secure operating conditions.
