The BKI (Barbeque King) SV0004 Solenoid Valve 120 V, 1/2" is a spare component that is used in the commercial fryers, specifically the ones that use the HV-214-761-2 setup. This regulates the flow of gas, or oil to the burners or heating mechanism of the fryer by opening and closing under the influence of electrical signals to facilitate the maintenance of accurate temperature control during cooking cycles. It is fitted in place of a deteriorated or failed valve which restores the correct operation of the system. It assists in the proper control of flow the stable provision of heat and secure functioning in the conditions of the commercial kitchen.
