The Blodgett BL17558 Door Handle is the main knob used for opening and closing a commercial convection oven. It is fixed to the system structure so that it moves similarly whenever it is used in cooking conditions. The handle is on the outside front of the oven door, which is the point of contact to reach the inside of the oven. Its shape allows it to fit in the door panel and have a constant connection to the mounts to be used in the opening and closing cycles.
