The Blodgett BL34450 Oven Blower Motor W/Switch 2-Speed 230 V CTB is an in-built switch that is used in compatible commercial applications. It activates the fan of the oven to circulate hot air inside the cooking area, to create equal temperatures. The dual-speed option enables one to choose the airflow rates to meet the various cooking requirements. This motor is installed in the air handling compartment of the oven and operates together with the ducting and fan blade. It maintains a uniform distribution of heat in foodservice and kitchens and is therefore an essential part of the thermal control and airflow system of the oven.
