The Blodgett BL9321 Insulated Deflector Assembly is an internal airflow component consisting of three parts that are compatible with the commercial ovens. This deflector is installed in the cooking chamber to help move heated air throughout the oven, facilitating even temperature distribution during baking or roasting. Its insulated structure helps to sustain constant internal conditions direct airflow. It is compatible with existing mounting points and internal panels and can maintain the oven's operation in bakeries and the commercial foodservice kitchens.
