The Blodgett BLBL16994 Blower Wheel is a part of the air movement in commercial convection ovens. It works by rotating at high speed to evenly distribute heated air throughout the oven cavity at all levels of the racks. The curved blade shape is designed to supports ensure that airflow is consistent throughout baking and roasting cycles. It is placed in compatible convection ovens and mounted on the blower motor shaft in the rear housing, where it is included in the forced-air circulation system of the oven used in baking and cooking systems.
