The Henny Penny 14420 Fryer Blower Motor Assembly 120V is an air circulation part of pressure fryer systems. It operates by, forcing a fan to circulate heated air or to help circulate air in the fryer house during cooking cycles to aid combustion and heat distribution. The motor transforms electrical energy into rotational power which keeps the airflow through the burner, and ventilation ways constant. It is fitted into compatible fryer units and is mounted in the blower housing close to the heating chamber and attached to the control system and the air flow ducting in commercial frying operations.
