The Star Mfg 2U-71500-05 Blower Wheel 1034 x 112 x 12 is a rotating airflow element that can be used in commercial kitchens with convection and other commercial cooking systems. It works by attracting and guiding the air through the heating chamber of the oven when the motor is activated to help maintain the even distribution of heat and adequate ventilation of the appliance. This blower wheel is installed in the airflow assembly of the appliance and it operates with the blower motor and ducting to ensure that the temperature profiles are even and that the appliance has an efficient cooking performance.
