The Star Mfg WS-50007 Charbroiler Element is a 17-1/4" electric heating element rated at 225 watts and 104 volts. It converts electrical energy into heat for cooking surfaces within compatible charbroiler. Installed beneath or within the broiler assembly the element transfers heat to the cooking area where it supports the required temperature for grilling food. Electrical connections supply voltage to the element allowing its internal resistance to generate heat during operation. This replacement component works with the charbroiler’s control system which regulates power cycling to maintain the selected cooking temperature.
