The Garland 2298300 Range Oven Burner Aluminized Steel Work by combusting fuel and air in the burner assembly in commercial equipment. It directs gas through holes in the aluminized steel frame to use uniform ignition and heat distribution throughout the combustion zone to control flame stability during operational cycles of the burner. This burner is mounted in compatible commercial cooking ranges where the original part would be mounted in the burner chamber under the cooking surface. It is designed to fit in with gas supply connections and mounting points in the appliance assembly.
