The Rankin Delux RDCM-08 Infrared Burner Top Box is a top of the line heater with a massive heating capacity of 185000 BTU. Its ceramic burn area is 15-1/4” x 5-1/4”, hence allowing the heat to spread evenly and evenly across the cooking surface. Built to work with Garland, Vulcan, and US Range cheese melters and broilers, this burner can be a replacement for Jade Burner #26-3690. This has a durable top box of 16-3/4” x 6-3/4” and a #46 orifice with a threaded bracket for easy installation. This unit is designed for accurate and fast heat perfect for high-stress kitchens, improving productivity and allowing cooks to deliver excellent food with less energy consumption.
