The Jade Range 3022600100 Burner Gasket works by creating a compressed seal dividing the burner assembly and the surface it is supported on. Under pressure, the gasket, when installed, adapts itself to handle the passage of gases at the joint. This is a gasket that is installed on the burner interface in compatible commercial cooking equipment. Constructed to fit specified burner housings with an outer dimension of 3-5/16 inch, a width of 1-1/8 inch, and a center opening 2.5-inch. The section assists in maintaining the position of the burners when servicing and reassembling the equipment routinely.
