The Star Mfg C8-46840 Pan is used to collect and direct liquids when cooking or preparing food and the surplus liquid flows out of the main compartment. It is made to be placed secure under equipment and it collects drips and spills and leaves a clean working area. This pan is placed directly under the cooking or holding space, and it is able to keep the runoff contained effectively and not to interfere with the adjacent surfaces. Its position makes it easier to clean and it also controls waste as it is centralized.
