The Cambro CAM25CLRHP150 H-Pan Colander 1/2 Size 5" Deep is a perforated food pan designed for commercial food preparation, holding, and drainage systems. Its perforated body allows liquids to pass through while retaining food products inside the pan. It can be positioned within compatible foodservice equipment or placed over a solid pan to collect drained liquid beneath the food. The half-size dimensions allow the pan to fit corresponding wells, racks, or storage supports. The colander work as part of a food-handling setup where separation of solids from excess liquid is required during preparation, cooking, cooling or holding operations.
