The Carter Hoffmann 27080-2283 Heating Element 24kW, 208V is a replacement part of the EVO series commercial equipment. It generates heat that is required to keep the internal cabinet temperatures up to 208°F to keep hot food in secure service ranges during holding times. This is fitted when repairing, or servicing a unit that is old or not functioning correctly to get the unit back to operation and producing heat. It can be used inside the system along with thermostatic controls, and sensors to control temperature accurately. It aids in uniform heating and effective working under certain conditions.
