The Alto-Shaam CS-2231 Banquet Carts Caster with Brake is a 6-inch by 2-inch swivel caster designed for the commercial foodservice equipment. It mounts to the cart base and supports the equipment while allowing controlled movement across smooth floor surfaces. The integrated brake mechanism locks the caster in position to prevent unwanted cart movement during loading, unloading. The caster transfers the cart’s weight through its mounting assembly while the swivel design enables directional changes. It is used on compatible banquet carts as part of the cart mobility and positioning system.
