Groen Z088850 Cavity Drain Hose

The Groen Z088850 Cavity Drain Hose is a spare part that directs wastewater, and condensate out of the cooking cavity of commercial cooking appliances. It assists in adequate elimination of excessive water produced during steaming, cleaning processes and routine operation. It assists in ensuring that there is a steady flow of fluid between the cavity and the external waste line to minimise the amount of liquid that will accumulate in the appliance. It is applied in the commercial kitchen setting where similar cooking systems are operational as part of the overall system operation and hygiene control. It determines the particular component to use in maintenance and servicing needs.
