The Alto-Shaam CB3538 Warmer Element 4-1/4" is a converter of electrical energy into controlled heat via a resistive coil to produce thermal output when current passes through the circuit. It work by controlling the voltage input in a 208/240 V system to enable the element to heat the surrounding parts in food holding applications by a resistive heating process in the circuit assembly. It is mounted in a warming cabinet or other compatible holding equipment, mounted in the heating chamber assembly to keep the internal temperature where electrical terminals connect to power lead and heating control interface components in a controlled heating enclosure.
