The Ultrafryer 19626 Cover Firebox P2 works by forming a shield over the firebox, which effectively traps the heat and keeps the debris within the firebox. It simply clips to the sides of the unit and clips in without any extra equipment. It is intended to be mounted directly over the cooking chamber and is flush with the surrounding structure, so it is entirely covered. It fits in with the current setups and is easy to maintain. It was designed to fit 18- and 20-inch models and fits the firebox to offer a custom fit to consistent performance.
