The Scotsman 11-0563-02 Curtain Switch Magnet is a sensing part of the ice machine systems that are compatible. It works by switching the curtain switch when the ice curtain is in motion in releasing ice. It is mounted in parallel with the curtain assembly to interact with the switch to indicate that the ice is moving in the right direction.
