The Component Hardware Group D10-4150 Waste Drain Lever is a mechanical control used for sinks with a 3-inch sink opening in commercial food service equipment. The lever operates the waste drain assembly by moving the connected drain mechanism to open or close the drain passage. It is installed at the sink drain area and interfaces with the waste drain components beneath the sink. When actuated the lever transfers movement to the drain mechanism, allowing water to flow through the drain or remain in the sink.
