The Nor-Lake 004412 Defrost Timer is a defrost timer that works based on a cyclic on and off of the defrost system at predetermined intervals, with four tripper pins that regulate timing sequences of refrigeration units. It controls the compressor and defrost heater by transmitting electrical signals at specific times so that scheduled defrost cycles are not done manually. This timer is to be installed in commercial refrigeration systems and it is to be mounted close to the control panel or installed in the electrical compartment of the unit to synchronize with the other components.
