The Fisher Manufacturing DM15WW3D Condensate Evaporator 240V 1500W 15QT a high-capacity evaporation system designed to remove moisture in commercial foodservice refrigeration system. It uses resistive heating to transform liquid condensate into vapour which ensures controlled dissipation without external drainage connections. It is installed in parts that produce continuous condensate refrigeration systems and ice machines to ensure continuity of operation by preventing the build-up of water. It has a 15-quart capacity, and a set thermal output, which sustains steady evaporation rates and maintain better performance.
