The Vulcan Hart 00-408834-00001 Gas Fryer Door Catch is a replacement assembly used for access during operation. It gives a grip to the carriage assembly of the system and enables the operators to move food products in a straight line across the blade. This is installed on the front of the carriage and is used with the carriage, food tray, and cutting mechanism to make controlled slicing in the conditions of a foodservice kitchen. It is commonly applied in restaurants, delis, and catering when the equipment needs to be serviced or when parts need to be replaced.
