The Southbend P1089 Door Spring 1-1/4" X 5" is used for the controlled opening and closing of commercial cooking equipments. It is mounted between the door and the frame of the appliance to counter the weight of the door and give it some movement when in use. When a foodservice door starts to sag, close unevenly or stops holding position, replace this part to restore normal door operation. The component that have hinges and latches ensure the uniform operation of the appliance door.
