The DOYON QUE100A Door Gasket W/25 Clips 5' is a replacement part of gasket for sealing commercial foodservice equipment. Makes a seamless ring around the appliance. This gasket is used in a compatible and proofing/baking units to maintain a stable cooking chamber and hold the cooking chamber temperature to enhance power efficiency. During normal service or repair, it is placed in the door frame and fastened with the included clips. It's usually replaced if the appliance starts to leak allowing it to maintain the necessary sealing performance in the commercial kitchens and remain within operating temperature limits.
