The Groen Z071234 Convection Steamer Drain Valve is a drain component designed for use in commercial kitchens. It regulates the discharge of water and condensation of the cooking chamber, where there is proper drainage during and after steaming sessions. It is normally mounted on the bottom of the steamer and is connected to the internal water collection system where it is necessary to make the excess liquid drain out safely without disruption to the internal pressure and balance of temperature. In a convection steamer, the drain valve makes the steamer effective as it avoid the accumulation of water.
