The Dynamic Mixer DYNMX070.1 Mini-Pro Mixer with 8-inch shaft is a small handheld mixer utilized in commercial food preparation conditions. It combines and emulsifies ingredients directly within small containers and is used to make sauces, soups, dressings, and the like in quantities of about 0.25 to 1 gallon. The rotating mixing blade on the shaft end circulates ingredients to produce an even texture in the process. The unit operates on a 120VAC electrical supply and is used as a component of countertop food preparation equipment to assist kitchen personnel with controlled mixing operations in restaurants and catering kitchens.
