The Dynamic Mixer E004 Salad Spinner Sealed Cover is a removable part for a unit assembly for use in commercial food preparation applications. It attaches on top of a compatible 5-gallon system for assistance in being able to secure contents during moisture removals and the production of preparation procedures. It is a sealed cover designed to be used in baskets and external support assemblys that are installed in restaurants and kitchens. It is usually done during a servicing operation when the surface fatigue or cracking or sealing performance is not consistent, and the system can continue to operate during routine foodservice applications.
