The Component Hardware Group E80-X010 Pre Rinse Basket SS is to standard commercial sink openings and to drain in kitchen conditions. This basket is 20 1/4 x 20 x 20 inches in size and is used to hold dishes, cookware, and utensils with water flowing through it during work, and ensuring that small objects do not fall into drains. It is applied to the sink station in restaurants, and other foodservice operations and is compatible with the existing plumbing and sink basins. The basket can be used to hold and place items to be rinsed in the washing system, which in maintaining uniformity in the management of the system under the working conditions.
