The TRUE E800400 Digital Fahrenheit Thermometer W/Probe 120 V is a temperature display and sensing unit that is used in commercial refrigeration equipment. This digital thermometer works on 120 volts with an external probe fitted in the refrigerated compartment to measure and show internal temperature in Fahrenheit. The thermometer is housed with wiring harnesses and mounting hardware to facilitate the monitoring of the temperature of the cabinets that have merchandisers that are used in restaurants and other foodservice places.
