The Hobart 00-119078-00007 Round Flange Immersion Element with a 3” round rubber gasket is used in commercial dishwashers. It works on 200/240V and it provides 5000/7200W in the 3-phase modes to provide hot water for washing dishes effectively. This element provides for rapid and uniform heating of water, and shorter washing cycle time and better washing. The incorporated rubber gasket provide a tight fit that eliminates leak and increases product life and quality.
