The Eloma E2000212 Eloma GMT High Temperature Gasket is a sealing element that is used to keep the door closed during high-temperature operation in a unit. It is mounted around the system frame, where it tightens against the cabinet to ensure proper enclosure conditions. This continuously operating seal fits into the mounting channels. It is also commonly used with commercial cooking equipment and to ensure heat conditions in the interior of the equipment during the cooking cycle. Usually replaced in maintenance when the sealing is damaged, but can be operated during usage.
