The Cecilware F126F Hood Orifice is applied to control gas flow in commercial foodservice equipment. It operates by letting a measured amount of gas flow through a measured aperture and then to the burner. This is fitted in cooking or hood systems in which gas control is necessary to operate properly. Being a component of the gas control pathway, it ensures stable burner output and similar heating results.
