The Component Hardware Group F35-2016-HD Baffle Filter 20" x 16" x 2" is an air filter system that is used in commercial kitchen ventilation hoods and exhaust systems. It traps grease and other airborne particulates as the cooking vapors move through the hood and assists in protecting ductwork and ensuring that the air moves where it is needed over the cooking equipment. It is fitted in the filter rack of a ventilation hood in restaurant kitchens, and foodservice settings. In the ventilation system, and efficiency of airflow decreases the amount of grease that would have been deposited in the regular operation of the kitchen.
