The Component Hardware Group F40-1625 Aluminum Mesh Grease Filter 16" x 25" x 2" is a replacement filter that can be used in compatible commercial kitchen ventilation hoods and exhaust systems. It is mounted on the filter rails of the hood, where it collects grease and smoke that are produced during cooking to aid in preventing the accumulation during normal operation. This grease filter is activated whenever the ventilating system is used in an appliance restaurant and the foodservice setting.
