The Hobart FE-024-94 Steamer Fuse enables the passage of electrical current in a circuit up to its 4-amp capacity under normal working conditions. When the current exceeds this amount because of overload or short, the internal element melts and opens the circuit to prevent the passage of current. This fuse is installed in the electric circuit of compatible steamers in the fuse holder or panel position. It can accommodate up to 250 volts rated fuse clips and cartridges. The component handles current interrupts in the case of abnormal electrical processes until it is replaced.
