The Vulcan Hart 00-913145-00002 Oven Flame Switch is an essential part to regulate the flame involved in certain culinary procedures. It works through a thermocouple which produces electricity when heated by a pilot light, with the help of which an electromagnetic valve remains open to maintain a continuous flow of gas. In case the pilot light put off, the thermocouple cools and interrupts the gas supply for safety purposes. This switch improves the safety and also efficiency making it to be essential for the kitchens where there is need to maintain the cooking temperature for the food and energy.
