The Frymaster FM8100426 Pilot Burner Natural Gas is used for the production of stable ignition flame in compatible systems. It provides a pilot flame that is controlled and when gas flow is started, it lights up the main burner. The pilot burner is mounted close to the burner assembly and is used alongside the thermocouple to ensure safe operation of gas. With time, flame may be influenced by carbon accumulation or corrosion. The pilot performance can be efficiently used to start fryers, maintain heating and safe operation of natural gas in commercial kitchens.
