The Frymaster FM814-0034 Fryer Side Deflector is a protective airflow management part that has two holes and is mounted on a two-hole design. It is installed on fryer assemblies that are compatible and assists in regulating the flow of heat and exhaust in the unit. This deflector allows operating temperatures in the vicinity of internal components and other equipment in the nearby area. When the deflector is damaged or out of alignment, replacement assists in regaining the proper heat control, equipment protection and fryer operation.
