The Frymaster FM823-6709 Right Basket Lift Arm is part that is used to run basket lift in commercial fryers. It operates by attaching to the lift assembly, whereby the motion is transferred to raise and lower the basket during cooking cycles to handle food in a controlled manner. The arm is inserted into the internal fryer framework and is aligned with the actuator linkage to allow a uniform movement when operating. It is placed on the right hand side of the fryer basket lift system to provide proper mechanical balance and assembly alignment.
