The Frymaster FM826-0981 Natural Gas Igniter with Gasket is an ignition assembly that is installed in commercial fryers that run on natural gas. It supplies the starting impulse and the closing required to ignite the gas burner, so that it is provided to start when the gas burner is on. The igniter is installed at the burner assembly, and it is used with the gas supply and control system to start the combustion in a secure and constant manner. The built-in gasket will ensure a better fit and ensure that there are no leaks of gases at the mounting point.
