The Frymaster FM8263669 Dual Vat Ignition Module Kit is an electrical control part that is fitted in dual vat commercial appliances to start and control the ignition of the two cooking chambers. It produces and causes the timed bursts of sparks to the electrodes of the burners and checks the system feedback to ensure a successful ignition. It is mounted in the control module area of the fryer and operates in conjunction with safety switches, gas valves and burner assemblies to coordinate start-up processes and provide each vat with the necessary operating temperature.
